What is Conscious Ageing? I ask . . .
I am asking myself this question in order to, hopefully, jog you into replying! My son pointed out that this site seems to have deviated somewhat from its original intention, which was to inspire, delight and interest those of you who are over 50. However, it has appeared to develop an energy all of its own and I realised that I was posting material that was of much interest to me! I am well over 50 years old and still deeply involved in living my life as fully as I can – so my writing includes the Obama victory, my travels, the global situation and other happenings that make me laugh or cry. Please will you write and tell me whether I am on the right track or am missing something, and, specifically, what you would like to see here. That would be so helpful.

Persephone, From a wise woman such as yourself,who is living life fully on many levels, I would like hear your perspective on “Ageing Sexually & Conciously ” which would include, Menopause, Self Love, Relationship with the ageing sexual self etc.
There are many of us who are about to enter the Senior years and with a strong desire to keep living fully. Your thoughts?

Dear Marie-Elise, I guess you are asking for a full article! – this is a large subject. My own life has been, and still is – sexually joyous. For this post it is not possible to go more fully into your question – but suffice to say that as I get older, and hopefully a little wiser, I realise that a) sadly this subject has become taboo for many people of an ‘older’ generation and b) that the frantic and unconscious coupling of many young people today cannot begin to match the depth and joy of experience. So, keep watching and your title will come up in the very near future. Thank you for an interesting and brave request.
