Video: SN Goenka at the UN
Just a short (4’15″), simple reminder from SN Goenka, when speaking at the United Nations. Please note – unless you are very used to an Indian accent – you might have difficulty understanding him from time to time. Hang in there – what is clear is clear – no mistaking it!

Very reminiscent of the great man himself. What is being said is so simple, so obvious and yet so easily misunderstood. To know yourself on the face of it, seems to most people an arduous task, when in reality it is so simple.
The biggest hurdle I have to overcome in knowing myself, is – myself. Because to find myself, I first have to lose myself. To surrender all that I believe to be valuable. Then and only then can I return to my true nature.
