Schedule
Currently I am concentrating on my writing, but am still available for individual sessions and invitations to run workshops, talks or retreats. Recently returned from a week in Munich, here is the description of the group that was booked for me there:
“Conscious Ageing – The Grand Adventure?”
Persephone writes: “A quote from another, older woman (85) that I can relate fully to”:
“Oh yes, I have had my moments. And if I could start again I would make sure to have more of them. And if you really want to know, I would try to have nothing else, just moments – instead of waiting a life-time for the future to come”
About the workshop:
Most people dread the thought of growing old and dying. Aged 78, I have discovered that, in fact, it can be exciting as well as peaceful and joyous. Age brings with it a freedom to drop the behaviour we create in order to feel ‘safe’. This can prevent you from becoming more than you ever thought you could be! Through structured conversations and group activity, music, gentle movement and meditation – we will explore, a) what prevents you ageing with contentment and grace and b) how relaxing into your inner lives can open doors of delight – whatever age you might be. The word ‘conscious’ is very similar to the word ‘awareness’ for me, and awareness embraces everything.
