The other day I received an email from a friend in Australia. She works as a carer in (her words) an ‘aged facility’. Here are some excerpts from that letter:
“I recently put on a romantic dinner for two at the aged facility where I am currently employed. This was a huge success, given that most of our residents are really ill and in the very late stages of their lives with the average age of 90.

I prefer the word Kindness to that of Love. The latter has become so misunderstood and misinterpreted. This video has some wise and beautiful quotations – even though the music is a bit sugary!
