This web site is the result of my own 77 tumultuous years. I want you to laugh, cry, connect with others, be inspired and coaxed out of who you think you ought to be into the fun and fulfillment of happily being who you are. The Conversations page is a blog full of news, articles, poetry and contributions from others that have touched my heart. It is for you – to say whatever you want to say, and to comment on what is being written there. This page is the ‘engine’ of the whole site. 

Occasionally, I will be sharing my own articles about life, about spirit, about the joy and sadness that we all share. You can ask questions, link with other like-minded sites and check on my other professional work. 

My hope for this site is that it can become a source of support for anyone, of any age on their own journey of personal discovery. Also, that the wide reaching approach provides information, contact and inspiration.
